Wir sind beim Simultandolmetschen erhöhtem Streß ausgesetzt (Tageslichtmangel, Platzmangel, Sauerstoffmangel + das eigentliche Dolmetschen). Halsschmerzen und Erkältungen können wir uns auch nicht leisten.

Habt Ihr Tipps für eine gesunde Ernährung, für die Pflege der Stimme und des Halses?

Ich persönlich habe da keine konkreten Tipps, ich habe wohl einfach Glück mit meinem Immunsystem und fange mir nur extrem selten Erkältungen etc.

Ich versuche, mich ausgewogen und abwechslungsreich zu ernähren. Außerdem treibe ich regelmäßig Sport.

Power-napping (10mins) in the booth every lunch-time. And yoga whenever I can. (But I'm fairly sure than any physical activity is better than none)
